Blackstone Enterprise is a reliable exporter of premium-grade Pakistani potatoes, shipping thousands of tons annually to Gulf and Asian markets. Our potatoes are primarily cultivated in Punjab, Pakistan’s most fertile region for potato farming, with harvest seasons from January to March (spring crop) and October to November (autumn crop). Known for their clean skin, long shelf life, and rich taste, our potatoes are in high demand across countries like Dubai, Oman, Bahrain, Sri Lanka, Qatar, and Malaysia.

We offer different varieties of white and yellow potatoes sorted by size and quality. Larger, premium-grade potatoes are exported to Middle Eastern countries, while mid-sized and table varieties are sent to South Asian markets.

Processing

We harvest potatoes at peak maturity using modern farming techniques that ensure consistent quality. Gentle digging methods help preserve skin integrity and extend shelf life.

Harvesting

After lifting, potatoes are air-dried in the field to set the skin and reduce surface moisture. Harvesting is done before cool weather to avoid spoilage, increasing per-acre productivity.

Grading & Cleaning

Potatoes are cleaned and graded in our facility using dry methods. Dirt and debris are removed, and the crop is sorted by size and firmness, ensuring high-quality exports.

Export & Shipment

Stored in dark, ventilated spaces, our potatoes stay fresh and sprout-free. We pack them in breathable mesh or jute sacks and ship through reliable freight partners under contract rates, ensuring timely global deliveries.
